If you like the vibe then sign up for a 3-month trial for just £25. This includes 8 x 2 hour Beginners Coaching sessions held on Saturdays at 9 am or Mondays at 5 pm starting on Saturday, 16 January. Our friendly, qualified coaches will walk you through the basics, step by step. There’s no pressure, no strict dress code to start and plenty of time to chat and make new friends.
No stuffy white trousers or strict rules – just wear your comfiest clothes and bring flat-soled shoes or trainers. Free parking, cafe and bar. You will be greeted at the door and made to feel welcome from the get-go. Why not come and see for yourself why we have over 600 members.
