THANK YOU to those in our community who came along to our free OPEN WEEKEND on Saturday, 28th & Sunday, 29th September and tried their hand at bowling. The club was buzzing and we recruited OVER 60 new members for the Beginners Coaching courses starting on Saturday, 5th October 2024 at 9 am and Monday, 7th October at 5 pm.
Thank you to everyone involved; it really was a West Berks team effort AND SHOWS THE INCREASING POPULARITY OF INDOOR BOWLS!

The Club is pleased to announce that MIKEY TITCOMBE has been appointed as our full-time Club Manager. This is a new appointment for the club and, as we go from strength to strength, we know Mikey will be a valuable asset in moving the club forward. Mikey is well known in the world of bowls and we welcome him on board and look forward to working with him. He takes up his post on Monday, 15th April 2024.

Many thanks to all Members who helped in any way – it really was a team effort and one the Club is extremely proud of. Everyone pulled together to achieve this success so thank you, thank you. We’ve smashed our post Covid target of 500 and now we’re halfway to our new target of 600 members.
It is great to see so many of our community giving bowls a try. If you missed Open Weekend, you can still join Beginners coaching on a Saturday morning from 9-11 am or Mondays 5-7 pm.
